In case you get a ZIP after download, use the built-in ZIP handling in the operating system to extract the Sims3Packs or packages from the archive(s). Go to the Updates tab in the Game Launcher and patch your game from there. * Note: TSR CC Manager does not create any registry entries so, if uninstalling does not work, you can simply delete the application folder as described in important folders.It's absolutely important that you have the latest patch installed, otherwise you will not be able to install downloads from TSR or they won‘t behave as expected in game. Any duplicate will cause your game to crash! Once the TSR CC Manager is empty of all content, uninstall it from your computer entirely.Click on the DOWNLOADS tab and delete everything listed.Uninstall EVERY download listed on the LIBRARY tab.Open the TSR CC Manager and ensure both ENABLED and DISABLED boxes are ticked on the LIBRARY tab.If resetting didn't solve the problem, then you might need to perform a complete, clean uninstall and reinstall:
